Andrea has worked with all ages and walks of life, holds a wealth of personal experience and training and delights in making the empowerment of resistance training accessible! Training with a Yoga Mindset, bringing calm, body awareness and mental focus together for a truly holistic approach to this discipline.
Maximum 6 participants per class, personalised attention and guidance. CClients will be encouraged to chart their own progress allowing them to become active participants in the training process.
The aim of the class is to help the client to become confident and comfortable around weights and eventually to a safe home practice. Equipment provided.
