Our entire line of extra thick mats are extremely popular with our clients as they offer superior joint support if you have tender knees, injuries or practice a lot of Yin and Restorative Yoga. The 6mm thickness is warm on cold floors, with the texture of a traditional “sticky” mat, its supportive for a wide range of styles of yoga and makes for a great bed for Shavasana too.
These mats are exceptionally long lasting, never disintegrate during use and are made from OEKO-TEX PVC free of toxins. Like the standard mat you can wash it in the washing machine! Just be careful to load it so the print is not rubbing against the drum or window. They take a bit longer to dry due to the thickness.
