At Macha Yoga we recommend this yoga mat is ideal for dedicated yoga practitioners who want a stable, grippy surface with a little cushioning for comfort. The natural rubber texture with the added pattern is superb if you struggle with grip. It will serve you well moving between multiple styles of yoga.
Bare in mind natural rubber mats require gentle maintenance to keep their performance, not recommended if you have untrustworthy pets! Our other lines such as the PROlite and Love Generation mats stand up to the most abuse.
