5 Minute Practice for Groggy Winter Mornings!
I can’t be the only one who’s been feeling especially “ugh” this week. It’s been dark, drizzly and between full moons and blue Monday’s, its a bit too heavy to spring out of bed. So here is my antidote to that. Specifically designed so you can keep your socks and your jammies on.
Side note: please ignore my bad choice in top 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I only realised after I was done.

Take a breath in and reach your heart up and your shoulders back. Exhale as you tuck your tail and bend your knees again to chair. Inhale there. Exhale and fold forward again.
