This class is for those with some experience of yoga who enjoy a dynamic practice. With the same encouraging and friendly atmosphere as my other classes, this class will offer you the opportunity to challenge your strength and flow while learning new yoga techniques each week.
This class is a primarily seated meditation for those interested in the spiritual side of yoga. Combining guided meditation and chant, this is an powerful and uplifting practice for those looking for a deeper connection to their inner life and more awareness in their day to day lives.
Slow Flow Yoga is a moderately paced class with a combination of sequenced postures and more challenging postures broken down. With breathing techniques and a long shavasana included, this class is both ideal for building strength and flow in your practice while releasing tension.
Beginners yoga is suitable class for anyone to start with regardless of age or physical fitness. Starting with the foundational practices of yoga, this class is specifically designed to help you bring balance to body and mind. After a few weeks you will experience the benefits of yoga for yourself. This class is also recommended for those recovering from injury and hoping to use yoga to boost recovery if referred by the doctor or physio.
Improvers yoga is for those who feel ready to progress in their practice at a safe but steady pace. Ideal for those who have completed a beginners course or are returning to yoga after a break. This class will help you master and retain classical Hatha yoga postures and breath work techniques to incorporate into daily life.
For those starting out with yoga or looking for a gentler experience, a supportive and encouraging environment to surprise yourself and bring more ease and relaxation to your week. Incorporating whole body exercise with a focus on breath and presence.
