This class takes influence from traditional hatha yoga and vinyasa styles. It’s suitable for beginner to intermediate students. In this class we’ll look at postures step by step for better alignment and understanding, then incorporating them into a flow sequence. The focus is on calming the mind and getting to know your body better in a positive, relaxed environment. Each class ends with a guided relaxation.
