Yoga is more than a physical practice. Bring your experience of the practice to life with this class incorporating all of the branches of yoga from the posture, to the breath, meditation and philosophy. In this class you’ll be encouraged to feel and connect what’s going on in your body as you move through the essential yoga postures for vitality and well being. Each class ends with a full yoga nidra meditation to release stress and improve peace of mind.

We’re starting from the absolute beginning, taking lots of time to tackle inflexibility, coordination issues and injury and make yoga accessible to new students.
