One to Ones

I offer one-to-one guidance in yoga, meditation and wellness for specific issues. Examples include

  • Relaxation techniques
  • Starting an effective, easy to maintain home practice
  • Overcoming specific physical limitations in yoga
  • Stress and anxiety management
  • Sleep management
  • Breathing practices

Sessions last 60 to 90 minutes depending on the client’s needs and are completely confidential. Sessions use techniques from yoga nidra (guided relaxation), physical asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) and affirmations and mantra to help empower the client to maintain their own well being.
